We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bar Attendant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and lead the staff in delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will ensure efficient operation, complies with health and safety standards, and delivers a high-quality guest experience.Roles and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of bartenders and bar attendants during shifts. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Ensure the staff are trained on non-alcoholic drink preparation, product knowledge, and service standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the manager for stock replenishment and ordering. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Assist in creating and updating drink menus and promotional events. Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper setup and cleanliness. Promote teamwork and a positive working environment among the staff.Requirements Minimum experience of at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and bar operations.
