We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented In-Home Care Cleaners to join our compassionate and dedicated team across NSW.Role Overview:As an In-Home Care Cleaner, you will play an important role in supporting our clients to live comfortably and safely in their own homes. This role involves providing high-quality domestic assistance and maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy living environment for those in your care.Key Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfacesClean kitchens, including sinks, countertops, appliances, and floorsClean bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrorsChange bed linen and assist with laundry and ironingDispose of household waste and maintain general tidinessMaintain a safe, hygienic, and organized environmentFollow client-specific cleaning schedules and preferencesReport any health or safety concerns to the appropriate team memberTreat all clients and their homes with dignity, respect, and confidentialityQualificationsWhat Were Looking For:Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning (preferred)Strong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyRespectful and professional attitude toward clientsGood communication and interpersonal skillsCurrent Police Check or willingness to obtain oneReliable transport and a valid drivers license (preferred)Working rights in AustraliaPreferred SkillsUnderstanding of infection control and hygiene practicesFamiliarity with cleaning products and safe handling proceduresAbility to work with diverse clients including older individuals and people with disabilitiesBasic knowledge of WHS (Work Health and Safety) requirementsExperience working in an aged care or community support environmentAbility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules #J-18808-Ljbffr
