As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals, helping them overcome challenges and secure sustainable careers.This is an on-site position.Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients, helping them identify their strengths, skills, and career aspirationsDevelop and implement personalized job search strategies and action plans for clientsAssist clients in creating effective resumes, cover letters, and online professional profilesConduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve clients'' interview skillsBuild and maintain relationships with local employers to source job opportunitiesOrganize and facilitate job readiness workshops and training sessionsMonitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and outcomesCollaborate with team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive support for clientsStay informed about local job market trends and employment opportunitiesQualificationsMinimum of one year''s experience in a customer service or client-facing roleDemonstrated experience working with individuals overcoming challengesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in using job search tools, databases, and Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of current job search strategies and employment market trendsAbility to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve placement outcomesConfident in liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholdersEmpathetic and supportive approach to client coachingAbility to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their goalsAdaptability and problem-solving skills to address diverse client needsCurrent driver''s license and willingness to travel within the local area as neededAdditional InformationYou are welcome here.Our fast-growing team of more than 3,500 people around Australia represent a huge array of life experiences, skills and ways of thinking.
