You will lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring best practices across all aspects of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a skilled, diverse team to achieve operational excellence.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers.Manage budgets and P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.Uphold the highest standards in animal husbandry and welfare.Oversee capital and project management initiatives.Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines.Apply grass management tools effectively.Set and achieve stretch KPIs aligned with company objectives.Plan and manage daily operations and long-term projects in a fast-paced environment.Drive innovation and efficiency through technology adoption.Property and plant maintenance.Knowledge and SkillsOutstanding leadership and people management capabilities.Extensive experience in Flood plain cattle management.Knowledge in animal health protocols in relation to northern operations.Proven ability to deliver strategic initiatives and key projects.Flexible and adaptable with a strong belief in structure and process.Exceptional organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.Passion for building teams, training and developing a positive culture.Thrive on continuous learning and growth opportunities working with a team.Air-conditioned homestead.Apply Now to join the AAco Team!We hope this overview has provided you with valuable insight into AAco.
