To compliment the visitor journey, a high-quality retail souvenir outlet has been established with Egyptian themed merchandise suited to visitors to the attraction.Retail Supervisors The RoleWe are looking for a switched on and dynamic Full time and Part time Retail supervisor to work in the retail souvenir store at our new TOMB OF THE PHARAOHS attraction.As a retail supervisor, you will be operationally savvy and excel in providing customers with exceptional service, support and a memorable shopping experience.For the part-time Supervisor role, you will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across a mix of week days and weekends.Position ResponsibilitiesMeeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.Provide exceptional and memorable customer serviceAssist clients with selection of merchandiseDeliver a customer focused shopping experience for every customerSupport store operations including visual merchandise, stock control and back-of-house processes.Safely perform all tasks set out for you.Receive and process deliveries, maintaining tidy stock within the retail space or retail storage areas.Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor as required.Skills and ExperienceProven experience in retail, sales and customer serviceAbility to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.Strong merchandise disciplines.Collaborative team player.Confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions when required.Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business.Well-groomed individual.Able to demonstrate flexibility and innovation in reacting positively to changing work demandsOperational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing/pricing stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.Experience in inventory control is beneficial.Supervisor experience would be advantageous.Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.TOMB OF THE PHARAOHS is a 7-day a week attraction, open 365 days a year.
