Your New Role Working in our Agency Sales call centre in our Sydney office, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our Travel Advisors in order to secure bookings, achieve sales targets, and encourage repeat business. What will you be doing? Sell and promote Gfob products through superior customer service, destination and product knowledge, and sales skills. Identify customer needs and match those needs with Gfob products. Meet and exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets. Handle all queries (telephone and email) from travel agents. Build relationships with travel advisors to encourage repeat business. Accurately copy and enter customer data. Work allocated shifts, which may include evenings and occasional weekends. Ideally, 12 months'' experience in customer service or a call centre, preferably in the travel industry. Experience working with airfares, especially using the Sabre GDS, is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Customer service-oriented with a passion for travel and good destination knowledge. Excellent team player with strong time management skills and a proactive attitude.
