You will oversee the end-to-end purchase order process, from creation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of spare parts and services whilst maintaining communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager to align procurement activities with operational needs.Leveraging your expertise, you will provide accurate monthly financial reports on material spend tobudget, ensure regular engagement with vendors to benchmark pricing and maintain cost-effective sourcing. Timely completion of invoicing is critical to your success in this role in order to contribute to smooth financial and operational workflows. You will be someone who is driven by process improvement and that will drive the implementation of initiatives that create efficiencies and cost savings.Youll work alongside an experienced leader whos passionate about building on your expertise and supporting you to succeed in your role.
