Monsoons Darwin is seeking an experienced and dynamic Entertainment-Focused Venue Manager to lead our team.We''re seeking a Venue Manager who is passionate about our customer experience. A VM who can execute activations, build strongrelationships with DJs & promoters, loves a bit of footy, and is keen to develop their team.As Venue Manager, you''ll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our fast paced venue. We''re in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing multi-paced venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.We are offering:Generous Salary $90,000 - $105,000 + SuperQuarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/AOpportunity to join Australias fastest-growing hospitality business with opportunities on an international scale.Autonomous role with boundless central and on-the-ground support.Mobility opportunities: 200+ venues and growing.Minimum of 2 years of direct late-night entertainment experienceMinimum two years experience in a Venue Manager roleProven track record in event and entertainment programmingAbility to coordinate schedules and manage performers effectivelyBudget development and oversight experienceKnowledge of hospitality-related legislation and complianceStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.Experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing operations best practices.Excellent written and oral communication skillsA demonstrated commitment to high professional, ethical standards and a diverse workplaceWe value the diversity of our employees'' experiences, talents, and cultures.
