Assistant Facilities Manager (209760) Cairns, AustraliaJoin a Global Leader in Property and advance your FM careerProvide facilities services for a major shopping centreFull training provided with future growth potentialWe are currently seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our onsite team based at Earlville Shopping Town. Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the facilities management for the complex.Whether youre a Facilities Coordinator or from a trade background transitioning to the industry, we will provide full training and development depending on your experience.Heres a snapshot of your day;Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services for the allocated site, tenant liaison and contractor managementManage tenant/client relationships and work closely with the on-site and head office teamsOngoing maintenance management in addition to budgeting, forecasting, and planningManage onsite cleaning, security personnel and other onsite contractors.Regularly inspect and report on building conditions and report items accordinglyHere are strengths youll possess and the background youll need to be successful;Previous Facilities or Operations experience, ideally within a retail environment or transferable experience in a similar role within the property or retail industry will be highly regarded.Good working knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety ActStrong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProven problem solver with the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyThe ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholdersCan we inspire you to join us?Your strong work ethic and outstanding customer service delivery will ensure success in this highly rewarding role.
