With a strong pipeline of work and growing demand, we''re seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to take the lead in delivering high-quality concrete and associated services.We''re looking for someone with proven experience in concrete batching operations, mobile plant, road transport, and quarryingready to lead from the front and make a real impact.This role starts FIFO and transitions to residential within 6 months. HR licence is essential, and willingness to relocate is required. Full Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.About the RoleYoull oversee the full scope of Dingo Concrete Servicesbatching, logistics, precast, screening, and reinforcing steelleading a skilled operational team and ensuring delivery excellence across the Pilbara. Your role will focus on operational planning, safety leadership, customer engagement, and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead batching and dispatch operations to ensure timely and consistent concrete supplyManage road train logistics and mobile plant schedulingOversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and daily operational coordinationMaintain and grow client relationships, especially with Holcim and local contractorsPrepare quotes and pricing for concrete, precast, and reinforcing steel servicesPlan and execute mobile screening and quarrying activitiesEnsure compliance with NHVAS, Chain of Responsibility, and safety standardsMonitor and report on job costs, productivity, and performance metricsPromote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvementWhat Youll Need to SucceedProven experience in concrete operations, batching, and mobile plantBackground in operations leadership or similar fieldExperience with mobile screening and quarryingStrong leadership skills in team coordination, scheduling and quotingHR Licence and White Card essential (MC licence and Simpro knowledge advantageous)Commercial awareness and a strong safety-first approachWhy Join Dingo?Competitive salary + short-and long-term incentive bonusesFIFO 10:4 ex-Perth with company-supported relocation to Tom PriceVehicle and accommodation provided during both FIFO and residential stagesBacked by the Tasmea Group with strong long-term work prospectsOngoing professional development and training opportunities through our Learning AcademyThis role will become residential within 6 months.
