The role is based in our head office in Campbelltown.Skills and experience we would loveThe following describes your strengths and attributes: A minimum of 1 year experience as a Legal Admin; Positive, proactive and motivated nature; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines whilst being calm under pressure; Excellent attention to detail; Confidence and good judgement when liaising with clients; Adaptability to work MS office suite at a senior level; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and Knowledge of HotDocs, Affinity and Work Site/ iManage Document Management would be highly regarded (desired but not essential).Key Responsibilities:Diary management and co-ordinating meetings of multiple fee earners;Preparation of legal documents and general correspondence;Drafting basic correspondence;Ability to make sure electronic files are kept in good order;Preparing and collating briefs for Barristers;Email and file management;Monthly billing and expenses;Extensive internal and external client liaison; andVarious administrative duties and ad hoc projects to support the team.Culture of the Firm Down-to-earth work environment; Flexible working arrangements and work remote policies; Monthly social events and staff recognition; Wellness initiatives; Frequent training and development days; and A culture that promotes asking questions.Apply today!To apply please use the Seek application button below.
