In this key role, youll partner closely with our proposals and project teams to translate our strategic direction into actionable plans and deliverables.Youll bring your commercial expertise and problem-solving ability to ensure contracts are effectively developed, negotiated, and managed in alignment with Worley Power Services Commercial Business Processes. We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What youll doThe role responsibilities include:Assists Sales activities by advising on commercial and contractual issues including development of commercial strategy, estimate review, risk assessment and mitigation, commercial reviews, and contract / commercial negotiations.Project execution support - setting the commercial rules of engagement for project delivery team hand over, performance reviews as to sold positions, risk management and mitigation. Attend project reviews and risk assessment meetings formally held on a monthly basis and participate in / lead other project meetings as necessary.Business Support - Understand and manage Worleys adherence to the prime contract by ensuring project team are briefed on contract requirements and risks, that Worley meets its obligations in terms of timely notifications on contract/commercial items, assist project management team on potential claims, and ensure customers meet their contractual accountabilities.Work with Project Control and Finance to monitor Worleys performance to achieve revenue, gross margin and cash management targets. Undertake regular (weekly / monthly) reviews on financial performance ensuring with accountable groups the accuracy and timeliness of critical cost and financial data.
