Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a General Manager of People & Culture to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, just 20 minutes from Uluru, one of Australia''s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.We are seeking a confident, decisive, business-focused General Manager of People & Culture, responsible for a team of seven managing four zones of the resort and up to 1000 team members during peak season, including learning and development.This role is integral to the resort, requiring you to live and work at Ayers Rock Resort, NT. You will be part of the Ayers Rock Resort Leadership team, reporting to the Resort General Manager and the Director of People & Culture.This is a rare opportunity for a people & culture professional seeking a challenging and adventurous change. You will work and live in Yulara, overseeing the entire townfrom the airport to the IGA, hotels, campground, and employee accommodations.
