About the role As Chief Product and Technology Officer, you will lead the strategic direction and delivery of technology and product at Cashrewards, working closely with the CEO, executives, board, and partners to drive innovation and business growth. You will oversee product strategy and end-to-end technology delivery, ensuring scalable, high-performing, and customer-focused solutions. Additionally, the role involves developing and empowering high-performing Technology and Product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance, and ensuring strong platform performance, cybersecurity, and IT governance across the business. Your Focus Stakeholder Management (Executives, Board, and Partners): Collaborate with the CEO, executive leadership team, and the board to define and reimagine how technology can drive the business into the future. Leadership & Team Development: Lead the Technology and Product teams to deliver on our new vision and roadmap, building secure, highly scalable mobile, web, data, martech, and corporate IT platforms. Foster a culture of collaboration, drive high performance, and encourage innovation. Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the companys overall objectives. Product Development: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget, focusing on user experience and customer satisfaction. Technology Delivery: Manage the technology budget, optimize software delivery processes, and lead DevOps practices. Incorporate technical strategy, AI, and organizational design expertise to lead teams that co-create with intelligent systems. Technology Operations: Manage platform performance, reliability, and cybersecurity, maintaining and enhancing application architecture to enable secure and efficient software delivery. Platform Performance Management: Balance third-party system use and maintain relationships with providers. Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements and protect customer and business data assets. Corporate IT: Oversee corporate networks, infrastructure, and service delivery for Cashrewards, partners, and contractors. About You Experience managing and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the business. Senior product and/or technology leadership experience, preferably in a growth tech environment. Experience implementing AI technologies to improve workflows. Technical acumen with the ability to lead technology and product teams. Ability to align strategies with business goals to drive revenue and market differentiation. Strong financial management skills, including forecasting and cost control. Experience fostering high-performance, collaborative cultures. Expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization. Knowledge of software development, DevOps, and quality assurance practices. Proficiency in scalable architecture design, infrastructure resilience, and platform management. Understanding cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and risk mitigation. Experience managing risks related to data privacy and transaction security.
