Were on the lookout for Full-Time Warehouse Assistants to join our busy Greystanes Warehouse team. These are hands-on roles with real impact, perfect for reliable, hard-working people who want to be part of something meaningful. Important: These are full-time positions only. Unfortunately, we cant offer part-time or casual options at this time. What Youll Do: * Move inventory and materials across the warehouse * Process, sort, and store stock in the correct locations * Pick, package and label items for delivery * Load/unload trucks and distribute goods to the right areas * Scan delivered items and report any issues or damage * Stack and organise bulk goods safely and efficiently * Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (forklift licence preferred) * Maintain accurate records and update inventory logs * Keep your workspace clean, safe and free from hazards * Always wear PPE and follow food safety and WHSE procedures * Work closely with your team to hit daily targets * Prepare for audits and assist with stocktakes and stock counts What Were Looking For: * Positive, team-first attitude with great attention to detail * Willingness to work in a cold environment * Forklift licence preferred * Experience in fresh produce or similar warehouse roles a big bonus * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling * Multiple shift times, either: 4am-12pm (High Reach Operator), 10am6pm, 12pm-8pm How We Measure Success: * Accurate pick rates and zero out-of-date product * Low waste and efficient stock handling * Great teamwork and communication * 100% accurate inventory and audit prep * Safe and responsible use of equipment * Positive feedback from supervisors and teammates If youre ready to work hard, move fast, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about food and each other, wed love to hear from you.
