These roles are based at our Macquarie Park Campus in Sydney.Your day in the life at OptusManage complex calendars, including internal and external appointments, with a clear understanding of key priorities.Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics, ensuring smooth execution and clear itineraries.Prepare meeting packs, workshop materials, and presentations with a high standard of formatting and professionalism.Proactively manage email correspondence and action tracking on behalf of your senior leader.Build strong relationships with other EAs and internal stakeholders to streamline communications and scheduling.Play a key role in fostering collaboration, celebration, and team culture.Your skills to pay the billsExtensive experience supporting senior executives (C-Suite, GM, or SLT level) as an EA within a fast-moving or complex organisation.Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to represent your leader and the business in a polished, professional way.A proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues before they arise, and stay one step ahead.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the flexibility to juggle shifting priorities.Strong collaboration skills, with the initiative to connect, contribute and lead from within the team.Optus is a place where we let you do you.
