In other words, it is for the good of the customer, each other, and the community.The RoleThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations, which may include receiving, picking or dispatch activities. They will oversee a team of Warehouse Assistants, acting as the first point of contact for team members to raise concerns or report issues. A Supervisor is expected to manage and motivate the team effectively, ensuring all tasks align with safety protocols, quality standards and operation procedures set by HFM.
