We are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated Customer Service Relief Shift Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for existing team members to develop their leadership skills. About the role: The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise on a relief basis for the daily operations of the Customer Service team. This position will organise and allocate the tasks and activities of the team on shift, and act as a key point of escalation for customer enquiries. About you: Someone who is a natural leader, delivers exceptional customer service, immaculate written and verbal communication and can deal with all levels of customer complaints.
