This role involves conducting site assessments and estimating, scheduling tradespeople, managing customer sign-offs, handling service and warranty inspections, and performing administrative tasks related to installation projects.FOR YOU...As an Installation Site Coordinator, youll play a key role in ensuring seamless flooring installations across new builds and existing homes. From conducting site assessments and scheduling tradespeople to managing customer sign-offs and warranty inspections, youll be the vital link between project planning and successful execution.Key Responsibilities Of This RoleSite Assessments & Check Measuring Conduct site inspections to confirm measurements and ensure installation readinessScheduling & Coordination Plan and manage installation teams to meet project timelines efficientlyQuoting & Variations Identify site-related adjustments and communicate changes to retail stores and teamsCustomer Sign-Offs & Handover Ensure customer satisfaction by managing final sign-offs post-installationService & Warranty Inspections Investigate quality concerns and coordinate necessary resolutionsAdministration & Reporting Maintain accurate records using Buildertrend or similar softwareTeam Support Assist with tiling project assessments and oversee check measurers as neededWhat Were Looking ForExperience in hard flooring installations, check measuring, or site assessmentsStrong organisational and scheduling skills to manage multiple projectsLicensed contractor for the installation of hard flooringExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with installation processes and material requirements for existing homesProficiency in administrative tasks, documentation, and reportingExperience using Buildertrend or similar project management software (desirable)A valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sitesOUR CULTUREAt Beaumont Tiles, we believe that creating a culture of belonging and inclusivity is crucial to our success, and we strive to reflect the diversity of our local communities in our workforce.
