We take pride in our past accomplishments and are thrilled by the possibilities of the future.The OpportunityThis Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the transactional processing, document filing, and other general duties associated with facilitating the payment of accounts for King Living global entities.This position is a contributor to the global accounting processes and will work together in support of and with the guidance and support of the Accounts Payable Team Leader to help to improve this function to support the international growth of King Living.The role is the key reference of accounts payable team members to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all accounts payable processes, related reconciliations and other transactions across the global group. As well as the key reference to the larger finance team, King Group and external vendors.The RoleProcesses supplier invoices into SAP timely and obtains approvals from relevant stakeholdersEnsures proper processes are followed in SAP eg. Capex, PO for various types of invoicesEnsures proper account coding and accurate data entry performed in SAP.Reviews credit card and employee expense claims in Concur, ensures properSAP account coding and tax receipts are validatedEnsures timely reconciliation and posting for Concur transactions into SAPProcesses customer refunds via EFTSets up and maintains vendor profile in SAP, and ensures vendor ABN is validated, bank details changes are supported by proper documentationManages timely responses to internal and external queries as relevant to accountsEnsures proper filing of electronic documents and attachment into ERPReconciles vendor accounts to external statementsPrepares payment runs into bank, and processes relevant payment entries as well as reconciles payment clearing accounts in SAPPerforms month end vendor statement reconciliation and submit invoice list for accrual within deadlineAbout You2 years previous experience in a similar role, in a large-scale business with international operations.Experience must include inventory, foreign currency, and cross border transactions.Intermediate Excel skills as well as a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.Sound understanding of account coding and costing by cost centre.Excellent Communication skillsExperience with SAP B1 an advantageAccounting qualifications, highly desirableOur ValuesPassion, Integrity, Collaboration Innovation - these are the values that unite us, inspire us and set us apart.
