Join Our Caring Therapy Team in Broadmeadows! Were looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and support children, young people, and families with therapy that makes a lasting impact. At Act for Kids, our Broadmeadows Integrated Therapy team includes a group of experienced and caring professionals including Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Art Therapists. We work in a modern centre with five beautifully designed therapy rooms and a peaceful Sensory Garden, Lilys Garden , where kids can relax and explore. This is more than just a job its a chance to create real change and help children heal, grow, and thrive. Level 6 SCHCADS Award. Salary range: $106,390 - $111,093Superannuation. Full time permanent position. What Youll Do Carry out assessments and therapy sessions as part of our friendly team. Set meaningful goals with your clients and celebrate their wins. Attend meetings with families and other professionals to plan the best care. Take part in case reviews and share your insights with the team. Keep clear and accurate records to track your clients progress. You can read our full position description here under the relevant vacancy. What Youll Bring A degree in Occupational Therapy. National registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential). At least 2 years of experience working with children, young people, and families affected by trauma, abuse or neglect or similar experience. Experience delivering both individual and group therapy (highly desirable). Other Things Youll Need A current Working with Children Check (or eligible for professional exemption).
