This position also provides an opportunity to lead by example serving as a senior Enrolment Officer, modelling best practice and offering expert guidance to enrolment staff and temporary agency staff during peak periods.With a strong focus on continuous improvement and a commitment to exceptional customer service, you will be instrumental in delivering seamless experiences from offer to enrolment for all prospective students at TAFE Gippsland.About YouYou are an experienced and proactive administrative professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are committed to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every student.Your ability to coordinate workflows, support teams, and adapt to changing priorities sets you apart. You have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and are confident working with complex systems including student management software and CRM platforms.
