With over-the-counter market leaders including MCoBeauty, Natalis, Chemists Own, Nude by Nature and Apohealth, VidaCorp continues to gain consumer preference by providing quality, affordable products on both the domestic and international stage.About the role:As the Purchasing Coordinator for VidaCorp Consumer Brands you will sit within Supply Chain and be responsible for the creation, tracking and system maintenance of purchase orders across our portfolio of cosmetic brands - including MCoBeauty, Nude by Nature. Makeup Cartel and many more.Youll be working with a mixture of local and overseas manufacturers supplying finished goods, components, and packaging across cosmetics, beauty, health, and wellness.Role & Responsibilities:Manage and monitor purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up with suppliersProactively identify and communicate any issues or delays related to payments, raw materials, production, or logisticsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve PO-related concerns and maintain supply continuityIdentify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance purchasing processes and systemsMaintain accurate supplier and purchasing master data, including lead times, pricing, and key contactsMonitor supplier performance and escalate any compliance or performance issuesContribute to updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with relevant stakeholdersEngage in professional development and training to expand knowledge of supply chain functionsEnsure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and safety standards across all work environmentsDemonstrate a proactive approach to workplace health and safety at both internal and external sites02nd June, 2025About DBG Health & VidaCorp:DBG Health is a leading independent health, wellness, and beauty company headquartered in Melbourne.
