About the role Were looking for a junior finance professional to join our FP&A team. This is a strong entry point for someone eager to build a career in financial planning and analysis. This is not a routine finance job every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities. The pace can be intense at first, but its a chance to grow fast and gain valuable experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets Supporting month-end activities such as journals, variance analysis, and reporting Contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Gather information and provide financial insights though data analysis. Helping develop and maintain financial models Participating in special analysis projects and presentations Who you are Tertiary qualified in Finance, Accounting or a related field 12 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting Eager to progress your career in financial planning and analysis Resilient, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a fast-changing environment Skilled in Microsoft Excel , with an analytical mindset A team player with strong communication skills Committed to a long-term career journey in a large, international organization What youll love Supportive team that helps you succeed Early exposure to senior stakeholders and real challenges Develop core financial skills in a fast-paced environment Experience how a global company operates Contribute to a purpose-driven organization focused on sustainability A culture of learning, mentorship, and growth Ready to launch your finance career?
