About the RoleIn this dynamic and varied role, you''ll support the smooth running of the park from guest service and systems to team support and after-hours response.Key responsibilities include:Managing daily operations and after-hours calloutsOverseeing guest check-ins, bookings, and account handlingAssisting with budgeting, reporting, and revenue growthSupporting and inspiring staff across departmentsHelping maintain a high standard of park presentation and complianceContributing to marketing and guest engagement efforts About YouYoure a confident all-rounder with experience in hospitality, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to lead by example.
