You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead a team of Educators to create a positive and fun working space In this role you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children and team members.At Sparrow Early Learning Malvern Springs, we offer a nurturing environment with four spacious studios, each designed to foster the emotional development, independence, and socialisation of our little ones.
