Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing a safe, high-quality, person-centred catering, cleaning, and laundry services that positively impacts the health and wellbeing of our residents. Youll shape and standardise best practice across our Care Communities, elevate food and service experiences, ensure compliance, and continuously drive improvement in line with our Opal Food Philosophy and Operational Excellence strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead the national hospitality program Drive personalised resident experiences aligned to our hospitality strategy Develop hospitality team capability across all care communities Guide the delivery of consistent, high-quality catering, cleaning and laundry operations Oversee food safety and regulatory compliance Lead the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures Monitor key performance indicators and support Care Community leaders to achieve targets Drive continuous improvements Lead a team of Hospitality Consultants and regional relief chefs About You: Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, Social Services, Hospitality, or a related field 5 years senior leadership experience in a related field Experience in project coordination, change management and/or process development Proven experience working in a national and/or multi-state operation Strong track record in leading diverse teams across regional environments Experience working within a regulated environment (advantageous) Skilled in managing large-scale budgets Highly desired experience in food services and housekeeping management All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal HealthCare''s police check system and undergo pre-employment medical.
