Detpak is the dynamic sales and marketing arm of the Detmold Group, created to specifically service the packaging needs of the food service industry. In addition to working with and supplying some of Australias biggest take-away food brands, we also service customer groups including upmarket coffee roasters and cafes, bakeries and our vast distribution base. This role works closely with our customers, our Detpak sales teams and internal key stakeholders to ensure excellence in delivery of administration and customer service aligned to business priorities and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: * Data Entry and administration of customer enquiries and orders in a timely and consistent manner * Arranging dispatch of products and/or product information to existing or potential customers * Developing and maintaining close contact with customers over the phone to promote our products & services and answering customer questions * Building a positive image of the Company to our customers through your interactions with them * Ensuring customers are informed on the status of their orders and upcoming deliveries * Proactively addressing customer concerns and requests and identifying solutions * Assisting the sales team to manage administrative tasks, enabling them to maximise time spent customer facing * Using our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to aid our sales processes About You Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role delivering excellence in administration support with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.
