Your responsibilities will include managing performance issues, handling grievances, supporting investigations, and advising managers on best practice HR processes.About YouYou are an experienced HR generalist with a solid background in employee relations and performance management. Youre confident in navigating complex workplace issues, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, public sector environment.
