We are an organisation that enjoys consistent and rapid growth, offering our employees secure employment, career progression and a safe work environment that encourages and brings out the best in our people.Your New RoleReporting to the Head of Human Resources, this is a hands-on, data-focused role that supports both local and global HR operations through analytics, reporting, and systems management. You will provide end-to-end HR data advisory, deliver timely and accurate reporting, and support the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes. The role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and strong data skills within a developing business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the integrity of HR SystemsDeliver monthly and ad-hoc HR reports for local and global stakeholdersDevelop dashboards and analyze HR metrics to support business strategyProvide systems support for managers and HR Business PartnersMaintain and improve HR records, databases, and SharePoint sitesAssist with systems onboarding, offboarding, and internal staff movementsSupport the development of e-learning modules and administer the LMSParticipate in HR system implementations, upgrades, and configurationsCoordinate data accuracy across systems for effective reportingRespond to internal and external HR data inquiriesSkills, Qualifications & Experience :Tertiary qualification or certificate in HR, Business, or a related fieldProven experience in HR analytics and reportingExcellent attention to detail and strong written communication skillsAbility to work across multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentExperience with HR systems and the Microsoft Office suiteStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindsetAdvanced MS Excel, Power BI, and Visio skillsExperience with ERP systems and HR system implementationsWillingness to participate in occasional after-hours meetings with global teamsWhy Us?At Ausco Modular, we recognise there is so much more to our people than work, which is why we have programs in place, including flexible working arrangements, to support you in realising your full potential.
