Your Opportunity Make a Real Impact As a qualified Physiotherapist, youll join a passionate, collaborative multidisciplinary team delivering personalised care to clients in their homes across the community. In this role, youll manage a diverse caseload of acute and chronic conditions affecting mobility, function, and independence. What Youll Be Doing: * Deliver evidence-based, client-centred care to individuals referred through Home Care Packages (HCP), Short Term Restorative Care (STRC), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and private referrals. * Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations supporting independence, including mobility and transfer support, falls prevention, equipment prescription, pain management, and arthritis care. * Work closely with clients to promote safe movement and enhance physical function, aiming for positive health and wellbeing outcomes. * Manage a balanced caseload with achievable billable KPIswere not your typical community provider (ask us more!). * Adapt and contribute flexibly across services within the scope of your Physiotherapy expertise.
