Reporting to the ANZ Customer Care Manager, you will drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer focus. Your role is critical to ensuring the delivery of efficient, accurate, and professional service to internal and external stakeholders. You will leverage data and insights to manage team performance, enhance processes, and support wider business objectives. Collaborating closely with supply chain, finance, sales, and other departments, you will help ensure that customers consistently receive outstanding service.DutiesLead, coach, and inspire a team of 7Oversee daily operations, including team workload and queuesInvestigate and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaintsMonitor KPIs, SLAs, and team performance metricsImplement process improvements using data-driven insightsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectivesDevelop and deliver training for new and existing team membersSupport audit activities and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresDrive a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvementSkills and ExperienceDemonstrated leadership experience in customer serviceExperience in regulated, product-focused industries (pharma, OTC, medical devices), Consignment or Loan Kit experience is highly desirableCompetence with SAP or similarERP/CRM systems for order management and reportingStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ensuring high accuracy for month endCultureSupportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented.
