Come and join us SunRice.Sitting within Supply Chain and reporting to the Engineering Director, this Program Manager role will be responsible for coordinating governance to program delivery activities, across multiple business departments and geographical domains. It will focus on providing clear, concise progress reports on risk, cost, timeliness, scope change while maintaining a focus on strategic investment for all key stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining the focus on our strategic investment as it relates to the projects / program.Defining program success criteria and ensuring alignment to the business directives.Building resource structure as needed to oversee and govern the strategic investment.Escalating out-of-tolerance risk and issues early to allow close-out as early as possible.Managing the change control process.Overseeing the transition of investment to operational performance teams.About YouTo thrive in this role, you be a self-motivated and driven individual, with a proven ability to successfully deliver strategic programs of work.
