Direct message the job poster from McIlwainMcIlwain are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Precontracts team where your marketing skills will be put to action as you travel to our project sites for content creation, assist with award and tender submissions, support internal campaigns and plan our various events across the business.The role is varied and requires the successful candidate to be interested in all aspects of marketing and events management.The position is based at our Head Office in Hemmant, conveniently located a short drive to the M1 and an even shorter walk to the Hemmant train station.We offer free on-site parking, monthly lunches, weekly off-site team bootcamps, dedicated training and development opportunities and a fantastic team that is passionate about the continued growth and success of McIlwain.Duties:Produce content for McIlwains marketing materials including the Intranet, McIlwain website, social media pages and quarterly newslettersProvide graphic design support for all business submission requirementsOrganise and coordinate McIlwain eventsAssist in collating information for submissions including project profiles and staff CVsDevelop and maintain McIlwain''s website and IntranetMaintain the Submissions Resource LibrarySkills & Experience:Degree in Business (Marketing) and/or Communications4+ years post graduate experience in a similar roleAdept with Adobe Suite, Canva and social media platforms and graphic designProven experience with events planningExposure to website development highly regardedCareer development and training opportunitiesPaid Parental Leave for primary and secondary carersWeekly gym or wellness reimbursement schemeBonus annual leave days to encourage a work/life balanceSalary Reviews undertaken twice yearly and an End of Year Bonus SchemeCultural Leave ExchangeFree NAWIC membershipEmployee referral bonusMcIlwain is committed to nurturing a diverse and inclusive culture of opportunity.
