Your role is to ensure safe, durable, and timely claims outcomes, focusing on effective service delivery, system and process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.This role is key in delivering claims management and injury recovery services aligned with the company''s values and injury management policies.Key responsibilities include:Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations.Notify incidents and claims promptly.Collect and consolidate information for liability assessment and third-party recoveries.Maintain accurate claims records across all stages.Calculate income compensation accurately and timely.Manage income payments and related expenses.Support legal and process compliance, providing feedback on issues.The PersonMinimum 10 years experience in personal injury insurance, especially Workers Compensation.Deep knowledge of national Workers Compensation laws, liability, dispute resolution, and claims management.Experience managing complex and litigated claims.Proven success in stakeholder management.Experience with third-party recoveries and claim finalization.Ability to coach and mentor partners.Degree in Law or relevant claims management training.Experience as a technical specialist or in a similar role.Exposure to multiple insurance lines and claims systems.Background with insurers, claims agents, or large employers handling complex cases.BenefitsWorking with a global company offers attractive benefits, including comprehensive learning and development, recognition programs, discounts, competitive salary, and an incentive bonus scheme.
