Your duties will include: Partnering with our leading, household-name customer to develop and expand their business. Initiating continuous improvements to give the customer a competitive edge. Understanding customer needs and expectations, and collaborating to ensure their success. Ensuring profitable growth and managing the P&L. Supporting key account functions such as complaint and claim handling, problem solving, and other contractual services. Driving employee engagement through effective leadership. Qualifications And Experience To succeed as an Account Manager, you should have: A proven track record in logistics, 3PL, or 4PL environments. Experience in Account Management, preferably in the Lifesciences and Healthcare sectors. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and exposure to warehouse management systems. Ability to negotiate at a senior management level. P&L management experience. Excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
