As a Procurement Specialist in our Facilities Management team, you''ll work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to enhance value, minimise risk, and champion contract excellence. Your experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management will help shape future-ready procurement solutions that directly support our hospitals operational excellence.As a Procurement Specialist in the Facilities Management team, youll make a positive impact by:Managing supplier and stakeholder relationships as the key contact for contractsApplying strategic category and contract management approachesCollaborating with experts to develop and negotiate service contractsEnsuring compliance with procurement policies and legislationSupporting onboarding and ongoing supplier complianceDriving supplier performance management and resolving disputesSerco is a place for youTo be successful in this role youll have:2+ years experience in procurement and contract managementStrong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skillsProven experience in contract negotiation and end-to-end procurementBackground in facilities or asset management (preferred)Excellent organisation and communication skillsTertiary qualifications in Commerce, Procurement, ICT or Legal (highly desirable)In joining us, youll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.
