Eight core behaviours were identified as being integral to achieving the vision:team player;caring;respectful;honest;advocate;collaborative;considerate and accountable.Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 means:a registered nurse appointed as such to a position approved by the Health Service, who has at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field. In addition the employee must have approved post graduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which he/she is appointed to or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the Health Service.
