We are now looking for an experienced Senior Digital Testing Analyst to join our dynamic Digital team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability and reliability of IMB''s production platforms and applications through the planning and execution of functionally-based user testing. Maintaining environments required for User Acceptance Testing is also a key priority to ensure they are available and functioning at the level required by the business. You will also create automated testing through scripting and logic-driven development to allow for scheduled confirmation of system functions and the application of structured programmatic testing. We welcome your interest and application if you can demonstrate some or all of the following: A strong level of digital literacy, with the ability to execute test plans, test cases, and other related test documentation preferably from previous experience in a testing/change environment (including fault and issue reporting) Any experience in writing and automating test plans and scripts A strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to completing tasks and following procedures Experience working in a customer service environment with well-developed verbal and written communication skills A collaborative team approach that will ensure our team delivers core business and project objectives Confidence to interact with IT developers and other IMB staff to ensure that planned testing meets their requirements The capacity to learn and apply IMB''s Project Management and Change Management methodology An understanding of change control processes and procedures.
