Employee Assistance Program About the opportunity: In this senior role, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical services in paediatric speech pathology, ensuring high-quality assessment and intervention, particularly in complex cases. You will lead and mentor Grade 1 and Grade 2 Speech Pathologists, as well as supervise students to build the capacity of the team. A key aspect of your role will be to monitor and manage caseloads, waitlists, and service delivery models to ensure timely and effective support for children and their families. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing new programs that address the evolving needs of the community, while also driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to service coordination, promote best-practice care, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
