You are expected to lead a team of Educators to ensure they are working in accordance to the service philosophy, policy and procedures, and as per the National Quality Standards (NQS), to provide high quality education and care for all enrolled children.Ensure the health, safety and well-being of all enrolled children, staff, and volunteers at the serviceBe the Responsible Person in Charge (RPIC) at the serviceTrain and support the staffEnsure staff fulfill all aspects of their job descriptionsProvide ongoing support and assistance to the management team in all areas of administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, and any other areas as the need arisesPromote the service and ensure optimal centre occupancyAbout YouStrong understanding of industry legislation, compliance and regulationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong understanding of business managementStrong understanding of the importance of family communicationsLeadership and mentoring skills2+ years'' experience managing a childcare serviceDiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (approved by ACECQA)What We OfferFree on-site parkingWeekly bonus based on centre occupancy50% staff discount on childcare feesFantastic training and development programs (ECT sponsorship, monthly in-house Montessori training etc.)Excellent career advancement opportunitiesAccess to wellbeing programs (EAP)Generous budgets for resources and eventsSupportive Management Team with a flat organisational structureThink you have what it takes to join the Montessori Academy Team?
