We offer management and leadership development opportunities through our TAFE accreditation programs and the opportunity to work with other like-minded electronics focused and passionate people.Your Responsibilities IncludeDriving sales to achieve and exceed budget for your store.Emphasizing technical, merchandising and sales techniques to grow sales within the store.Focusing on store development and implementation of set activities for your store.Communicating sales budgets to your team and refocusing as required.Leading by example through all store procedures to ensure the store is managed effectively.Providing training to and supporting development of your team members.Identifying and managing areas of underperformance in store and working with your team and Area Manager to improve their skills.Managing general store expenses, petty cash and expenditure.Rostering and payroll approval responsibilities.Experience RequiredPrevious store management experience in retail to lead your team to success.A passion for electronics to enhance the customer experience .Confident communication skills to support customers and team members appropriately.Excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities.A drive to succeed and grow within the business.Who We AreJaycar is a leading Australian and New Zealand electronics retail company that is committed to providing our customers with quality, range, and value for money.
