In partnership with engineering, you will lead talented product/BA teams and have direct exposure to senior executive stakeholders as you shape, deliver and refine the future of our clients superannuation technology offerings.Our client of 10+ years has a unique culture. They are fast-paced and excellence obsessed, but equally egoless and politics free with collaborative problem solving the driver behind their outstanding market performance.Key Candidate & Role RequirementsThese requirements were taken from in-person briefings with the Product and Technology Directors:Excellence focus ability to thrive under high pressure, requiring disciplined time management and delivery focusStrong self-direction and ability to navigate changeA fast learner who can work it out able to quickly grasp complex product and platformConcepts and cut through noise to identify what matters and what doesntConfidence engaging across all layers of the business and with diverse stakeholder groups, including C-suiteThe leadership and judgement to drive productivity, balancing saying yes to enable and no when boundaries are neededProven experience as a Product Manager within financial services, with regulatory knowledge. Likely to have Wealth Management & Superannuation technology & domain expertise or related expertise e.g. Financial Modelling, Managed Accounts, Investment Management, Managed Funds etc.Combines strategic thinking with methodical execution, underpinned by strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Capable of monitoring product performance to optimise and improve offeringsHas led groups/teams of business analysts, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to define and prioritise product features and enhancementsTechnically literate and able to work in partnership with engineering understands technical feasibility and integration challenges in a highly complex technical/platform environmentMust be based in Sydney (flexible working)Interview Process & More Information:This is a two-interview process.
