After 12 successful years of bootstrapped, profitable growth, we''re now accelerating to scale significantly over the next 35 years.What''s the Opportunity?We''re seeking a highly analytical Strategy & FP&A Lead who will take full ownership of our budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilities.Reporting to the Group Head of Finance, you''ll collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to bring financial clarity and strategic direction to our growth ambitions.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Group Head of Finance to translate group strategy into clear financial targets and embed these within the business operating framework.Establish and own robust budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes across the group of companies.Drive the implementation, use and continuous improvement of data and BI tools (eg. Looker, PowerBI).Design automated dashboards and scalable analytics solutions to ensure real-time visibility of financial performance.Strategic Financial AnalysisDevelop financial models and business cases supporting growth initiatives and investment decisions (eg. tech initiatives, M&A, partnerships etc.)Use data to conduct analyses (eg. pricing, margin) that proactively challenges assumptions to deliver recommendations that drive profitability.Partner with stakeholders across business units to establish usable insights, dashboards & KPIs that drive business performance.Data-Driven Decision SupportPartner closely with product & commercial teams to align financial and operational metrics into cohesive insights.Leverage SQL and/or Python, and advanced analytics to interrogate data and uncover actionable insights, and, where appropriate, use AI tools to analyse data and generate new insights.Lead initiatives bridging financial planning with operational execution, ensuring alignment across the business.Attributes and AbilitiesCA/CPA or equivalent with 5+ years experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles, ideally within fast-growth or tech-enabled environments.Exceptional analytical skills, with hands-on expertise in SQL and/or Python (highly desirable).Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling FP&A processes and financial systems.Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and passionate about driving financial discipline through analytics.Strategic Influence: Be integral in shaping financial strategy during a critical scaling phase.Ownership & Autonomy: Build your own FP&A capabilities and frameworks from scratch.Executive Exposure: Work directly with senior leaders and founders across diverse, innovative businesses.Career Growth: Clear progression to grow with the FP&A function.What About Our Team?We are a team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and driving meaningful results.
