You will be a strategic leader responsible for all aspects of business including purchasing, processing, sales and finance across the following tasks:Overseeing day-to-day business operations and providing leadership at all levels of the business;Managing the companys profit & loss to account for costs and revenues including allocating budgets for supplies, equipment, marketing, and personnel;Formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives;Planning, developing, implementing and reviewing organisational strategies, goals, objectives, policies and plans for the efficient use of company resources;Developing, reviewing, updating and implementing business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development;Analysing costs, operations and forecast data to determine divisional department progress toward stated goals and objectives;Assessing departmental and company performance including reviewing achievements and shortcomings with department heads and devising plans for improvement;Overseeing production by reviewing operating reports and resolving problems to prevent operational delays and best meet growth objectives;Authorising the funding of key projects and overseeing their progress through process and performance reports as well as data and analysis;Reviewing operations and plans for sales planning to ascertain production or outsourcing requirements to develop new markets;Assessing market changes and responding accordingly by issuing commands through department heads;Recruiting, interviewing, managing and mentoring direct report managers and communicating and embodying the companys vision and values;Negotiating on behalf of the company and representing the business at official engagements;Authorising the preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts and presenting them to the Directors of the business.Requirements: The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree qualification in a related field or at least 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
