Customer Service and Administration RepresentativeBundaberg Bradnams Windows and Doors has an opening for a Customer Service and Administration Representative to join our team in Bundaberg.About the RoleAs a key member of the team, you will provide excellent customer service to our growing department in Bundaberg. Positively contribute to the daily requirements of the Branch by providing great customer service, accurate information, and completed paperwork to internal and external customers.Customer Service and Administration Representatives will undertake duties including:Providing effective and timely responses to customer requests and contributing to sales targets;Developing and updating knowledge of Bradnams products and current building codes;Identifying areas for sales process improvements;Collaborating with our credit department and supporting fellow team members;Upholding safe work practices and complying with site requirements regarding PPE and procedures.Work ScheduleMonday to Friday | 38 hours per weekSkills & ExperienceWe provide all necessary tools and training to help you succeed and bring the Bradnams Difference.
