Responsibilities include managinginvolvement at career and employment expos, identifying new eventsand face-to-face engagement opportunities, and ensuring the successand safety of all events. The Engagement Officer Eventsleads the planning, execution, and evaluation of events to alignwith strategic objectives. The Officer utilises customer feedbackmechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and develop innovativestrategies to engage with audiences effectively. Additionally, theOfficer is responsible for relationship management with keyexternal vendors and partners to enhance event success. Asignificant part of this role includes coordinating country andmetro tours to expand outreach and engagement efforts.
