THE ROLE The Hub Manager is a strategic and operational leadership position at each Orange Door site. The Orange Door team includes staff employed by Family Safety Victoria (FSV), Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), Partner Agencies, and Aboriginal Services. The Hub Manager manages FSV staff within The Orange Door, including the Support team and Service System Navigator. They provide daily operational leadership and support to the Orange Door Team, including Team Leaders, Practitioners, and Practice Leaders, without line management responsibility. Together with Team Leaders and Practice Leaders, the Hub Manager fosters a culture of integrated practice and service delivery. They oversee the Orange Door network, promote strong partnerships, establish systems and processes for effective service delivery, and support high-quality, safe, and responsive services to Victorians seeking support. Accountabilities Work effectively with diverse communities, ensuring attitudes, behaviors, policies, and systems promote inclusive and responsive services. Oversee, monitor, and deliver projects addressing local service needs, ensuring compliance with legislation and government guidelines. Maintain accurate records of service delivery and work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and government policies.
