Cadia produces gold dor bars from a gravity circuit and gold-rich copper concentrates from a flotation circuit. The Orange region is often referred to as the gateway to Country New South Wales with acclaimed wineries, fine dining, annual festivals and charming heritage villages making for an unparalleled work-life balance.Who were looking forThe Advisor Operations Final Product will report to the Superintendent Final Product and is part of the Final Product leadership team.The purpose of this role is to support training compliance at the Moly Plant and Cadia Dewatering Facility, deliver safe Moly Plant shutdowns, and continuously increment HSEC, production and cost performance for Final Product.The Advisor is accountable for the maintenance and utilisation of the systems and processes supporting operational discipline and consistency, handovers, isolations, permitting and training. A further accountability is the safe execution of the isolations and permitting associated with the Moly Plant shutdowns.Key responsibilities include:Support the Superintendent Final Product deliver the Final Product Objectives.Coordinate Final Product isolations, permitting and training. Take ownership of the supporting systems and processes.Provide training on isolations and permitting to the Final Product frontline.Execute Moly Plant initiatives and small multidisciplinary projects to increment HSE, production and cost performance.Review the Moly Plant weekly and shutdown plans and call out any resourcing issues, interactions and gaps.Plan, coordinate and hone the ramp downs and ramp ups associated with Moly Plant shutdowns.Design, plan, coordinate and hone the Moly Plant shutdown isolations and permitting.Work with the Leading Hands to realise strong utilisation of the systems and processes supporting operational discipline and consistency, handovers and HSE.Re-iterate the expectations with Isolators, Permit Issuers and Permit Acceptors leading into each shutdown.
