The role involves coordinating overall design activities, increasing client interactions, and managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control duties to ensure the final product meets technical requirements and client goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform independent planning and design tasks, review work of others, prepare construction documents, and successfully deliver projects.Apply knowledge and experience with technically complex projects, including understanding applicable codes and standards.Maintain collaborative relationships within the project team across departments.Conduct final QA/QC reviews before project delivery or bidding/construction phases.Assist project managers with technical proposals and labor estimates.Work closely with clients and project teams to clearly describe and deliver the scope of work.Education and ExperienceFive (5) years Bachelor of Architecture or six (6) years Masters Degree from an NAAB-accredited school.Minimum of five (5) years of relevant practice experience.Registered Architect (RA) with NCARB certification required.QualificationsAbility to work independently and as part of a project team, with strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.Professional interaction with clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and external sources.Proficiency in public speaking, time management, and delegation.Basic understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D and LDG software packages.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Deltek Vision.EEO StatementLarson Design Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
